Service Description
Conducted by experienced, senior audiologist Mrs Sally Jackson BSc (Audiology) MSHAA. Includes hearing test, examination, counselling on results, written copy of test results, and written recommendations. Should you require a GP referral letter, there is no extra charge. On booking this appointment, you will be contacted by email or text message to confirm the date and time you chose. You will also receive an invoice. Please be sure that you are happy with this before booking.
Cancellation Policy
Sally will contact you on the next working day following your booking, to: Confirm your appointment booking has been received successfully Check you have all the information you need. Invoice for any remaining balance Please contact by text, email or phone if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment. Give as much notice as possible for cancellation/rebooking. Less than 1 full working day notice to cancel will result in loss of deposit paid. This may be waived at the owner’s discretion if the appointment is successfully rebooked. Contact Sally for advice if you are ill, and unsure whether to attend. Very loud noise exposure: please allow 48 hours following exposure before a hearing test. ***In the case of sudden deterioration of hearing (days/hours/1-2 weeks), contact Sally by text message or telephone for the fastest response/advice. If Sally is unavailable you must not delay treatment. Your GP, 111, walk-in care clinic or A&E can help treat sudden hearing loss.***
